Trigano MDC, 4 production sites and an average workforce of 400 people. The company perpetuates its industrial expertise in France, thereby enabling it to offer innovative products to its customers with the support of its four highly responsive French factories.
Thanks to efficient machinery and experienced teams, the productions sites are gradually moving towards the production of components, accessories, and leisure vehicles (caravans, mobile homes).
La Roche de Glun factory
Our factory in La Roche de Glun is a site specialised in the manufacture of frames and chassis, and it is also the main logistic hub of Trigano MDC. Average workforce: 55 people.

Our design office is equipped with Solidworks and a CAM software programme, which enable us to effectively handle your 2D or 3D files.
Our experience and our expertise in the manufacture of vehicle chassis and tent frames for collectivities enable us to handle your project, from making the prototype to medium or large series production.

4000 x 2000 laser cutter, up to 20 mm thick
4000 x 1500 digital punch press, 4 mm thick
3 and 4 metre brake press, 200 tonnes
Manual and automated welding, two 6-axis robots with 2500 x 1400 mm loading/unloading table
Tube work: cutting, swaging, punching, flo-tapping, bending, crunching, soldering
Piece-work electrogalvanisation line, bath size: W 2200 mm - D 250 mm - H 1200 mm

Mamers factory
Trigano factory in Mamers is a diversified site: fabric-working, sheet metal working, canvas trailer tents, mobile homes, motorhome service points, pop top caravans. Average workforce: 170.
Since its creation in 1919, the company has specialised in the manufacture of camping equipment and has developed technical expertise on all the components, which today enables it to move towards subcontracting activities.
Two areas of expertise:
Heavy fabric-work intended for collectivities and military markets, with machinery comprised of long arm sewing machines and high frequency machines adjusted for heavy fabrics and coatings (coated PVC, cotton, polycotton)
Light fabric-work intended for camping products (canvasses for trailer tents and outdoor hospitality)

Plisson factory
The Plisson workplace is using its own brand and is a specialist in manufacturing products for army and communitees. The average staff number is 27 persons.
The Plisson factory began in 1884, at first its main activity was the industrial waterproofing of materials, then the factory specialized in the production of marquees tents, itinerant camps, bungalows, stands, etc…
Today Plisson is a safe bet for public communities, civil and militar administrations, sports and leisure associations, professionals of renting, holiday sites with or without accomodation, organizing committees, professionnals of events …
